  • Manage P&L for the region and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Oversee operations across offices, warehouses, and client accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new account acquisition and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and resource optimization.
  • Ensure successful client servicing, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Align regional strategies with company vision and growth objectives.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
  • Strong background in key account management and operational leadership.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to strategize, execute, and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership with team-building and management expertise.
  • Education: B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations) preferred.
