ProcMart is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Procurement as a Service (PaaS) vertical. This role focuses on delivering scalable procurement solutions, strengthening supplier networks and driving value for clients across Safety, Electrical and MRO categories.
- Design and execute category strategies that deliver measurable savings and efficiency.
- Build and manage supplier partnerships to ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless procurement solutions.
- Deliver data-driven insights and benchmarks to enhance client outcomes.
- Ensure strong client engagement and long-term partnerships.
- Promote digital procurement tools and automation for smarter operations.
- Guide and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- 7–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
- Expertise in Safety, Electrical, or MRO categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of PaaS models and vendor management.
- Proven ability to optimize costs and manage categories effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and digital procurement platforms.
