Department: Steel Fabrication
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end operations and project delivery at our Tiruchirappalli plant. This role involves overseeing outsourced steel fabrication, planning and executing projects, and ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery. The position requires a strong background in steel fabrication or industrial project management, along with proven leadership and operational expertise.
- Supervise outsourced production and manage day-to-day plant operations.
- Prepare and execute project plans covering cost, timelines, procurement, manpower, and budgets.
- Conduct regular project and business review meetings to ensure progress and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across operations.
- Manage plant administration including health, safety, hygiene, and workforce welfare.
- Maintain strong client communication, resolve escalations, and ensure project expectations are met.
- Engineering degree/diploma with at least 5 years of experience in plant or project management within steel fabrication.
- Proven expertise in project delivery, operations, procurement, and client engagement.
- Solid understanding of quality standards and SLA compliance.
- Strong planning, leadership, and administrative skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Tiruchirappalli for 8–12 months.
- Fluency in Tamil is an advantage but not mandatory.
